Hello. While "Googling" the phrase cyberlibel, I ran across the Dr.'s blog.
I was in the movie "Mayor of the Sunset Strip" and wrote a parody song about my fellow Texan,
Jennifer Love Hewitt.
I had started out with nothing in my native Houston, Texas, and had left there some time ago,
moving to California. Before I moved, I had hired (for $200) the LEGENDARY Dutch psychic,
PETER HURKOS [peterhurkos.com] and he'd made two important predictions: about my
showbusiness success (partially realized) and my knowing an "actress-singer-musician".
By the end of 1999 strange coincidences, or "synchronicity", started to happen, so that I got
a feeling about who that mystery person--that actress---might be. I concluded it might be
Jennifer Love Hewitt, because of her "New" Hollywood (no bad habits, approachable, positive)
attitude....which made her "stand out" from other entertainers.
She is on record for doing many good deeds for total strangers....IF, that is, one can GET to
her first! But my being in the movie mentioned above, did not produce any so-called "go-
betweens" to link me with JLH. This meant, no opportunity to meet her on a break on a set
during a movie shoot....Nor did I have any way to know when she would be out in private
because the
paparazzi who DID know, wouldn't tell...even a so-called "friend" of mine!
What to do? I tried imitating what HURKOS did...finding a private location from just a
photo (or a map). Mysteriously, a
paparazzi photo of JLH appeared on a fan website in
November,2004....of her at Halloween. Perfectly innocious. But a real psychic would be
able to pinpoint the exact location. I took a map and, sure enough, 2 weeks later, had a
"gut" feeling of where it might be. I was astonished when, on Nov.16,2004, the exact
house appeared! And I had an eerie "deja-vu" feeling that I'd been there before.
I went there 3 times. JLH was not home. In retrospect, I probably got there too late,
as I later found out that her mother-manager now had control of the house. Finding
a phone number from an address, I called. The person said that SHE was JLH. But
then, 2 days later, I got sued. Not one, but TWO, "restraining orders" (TRO's).
I was "railroaded" at the hearing; any decent person seeing the papers and knowing the
FACTS knows that LIES were told against me. I had no attorney. I have GOOD reason
to believe that JLH
never filed against me....she LET this crap happen...
Then, since Britain's
Bizarre Magazine (issues 99 & 101,2005) had previously knocked my
music in a film review, they offered to "make up" the insult by interviewing me. Ms. Kate
Hodges, unfortunately, added the TABLOID headline "JLH
Stalker....into the interview.
TO SELL MAGAZINES!! (General public make note: NOBODY is a "stalker" or even an
alleged stalker (or criminal) UNLESS (1) they are at least arrested or (2) found guilty in
a court of law! Receiving a TRO, however, is a CIVIL infraction, and NOT A CRIME!!
I have NEVER been in trouble with the law,neither in the U.S. nor abroad!Bizarre Magazine, however, printed a RETRACTION in the issue #101.So, the interview idea kind of backfired. I then "Googled" references to restraining orders.
I found a petition in Orange County. I signed that. But then, I found the Dawn Crawford
website. This San Bernardino activist said she could make a difference if my story were
published.
But she betrayed me immediately. I sent her duplicates of the actual court
papers, BUT as soon as she also received
Bizarre Magazine she immediately started calling
me the names THEY did. But without the retraction!
I looked for a
pro bono cyberlibel attorney. None could be found; and cyberlibel experts
from Canada (such as David Potts) don't have authority in this country. I asked Google to
remove the offending entry (my "stalking JLH for fame"---a black lie) but they refused.
Note that Ms. Crawford,is not only the webmaster, but a publisher....she's inserting HER
OWN derogatory, arbitrary comments!
General public note again: PETER HURKOS is recognized as THE GREATEST PSYCHIC
WHO EVER LIVED (having friends such as Elizabeth Taylor, who knows JLH,ironically,
through an AIDS foundation).
I never had one chance to talk to Jennifer Love Hewitt at length because of heavy-handed showbusiness politics. Yet sheis having UNPRECEDENTED success with a show called "Ghost Whisperer"based ON a Dutch psychic (James van Praagh).I'm not making the Peter Hurkos predictions up. Friends of mine were toldabout it years ago,and outtakes (from 2000 which nobody has seen) of themovie I'm in, mention it.My being called a criminal is an OUTRAGE!! The libelous posts against memust be removed somehow. And if someone has REAL power to remove restraining orders (as an Ombudsman to allow a legitimate meeting betweenme and JLH to properly settle this matter) then I'd like to hear from you.My own OPINION is that HURKOS' predictions are a SAFETY NET which would allow
me to EARN non-liner money to take care of badly-needed emergency expenses. I have
no family and have been struggling for years. My mother was, as I was told, an entertainer
(with myself being an adopted child).
